This was not worth the stay. My entire family didnt sleep all night. The beds and pillows were like sleeping on rocks. The housekeeping clost was next to our room and housekeeping slammed there foor into all hors of the night. I finally called my travel agent about 1:40 am anout the noise being so bad. It still didnt stop. No refund. They said they would not being that, so if you have any real concerns you will not be helped or compensated. Alsobif your handicapped make sure you mention this and plan accordingly. This place is NOT handicapped accessible. They only have a small number of eooms that can even fit a wheelchair or in my case a powerchair. Also theres not many handicapped paths for you to go so you will be waiting for the 1 elevator that can be used. That 1 elevator will be the only way to access any of the parks. Some of the handicapped paths are also dated and hard to manuver over so if your in a manual chair you will probably need help getting to some of the areas. That made it very diifivult for my family and xaused a lot of time waiting or trying to figure it out on our own because there was no clear accessibility visible. I walked 38 yearsbliving a normal like and spent the last 2 partailly paralyzed. To see what handicapped people ahave to endure in this trip us absolutely infuriating. Mt. Olympus, do better. I also left my handicapped pillow in the first room my powerchair didnt fit through, and when we called and told them exactly were it was they didnt care

The water park isn’t a walking distance from the room. The room's are dirty and very outdated. There was a constant smell of weed in the building. Better off staying at a hotel with a pool in it away from the dells.
