When front desk was contacted, someone came at 8am, touched some buttons and left without communicating anything to us or fixing anything. Then, toilet wouldn't flush. We let them know around noon, they contacted us at 11:30pm if we wanted to move rooms. Parking was easy and always available and breakfast was good and runs pretty late. All amenities were in the room or easily requested. Staff was extremely polite the restaurant had a small but varied and delicious menu. The bar was large. Breakfast was very good. Parking was super easy and at no extra charge. Indoor pool and fitness center were great. I would recommend this hotel and likely will stay there in the future. They do not run a shuttle service which is the only negative.
