Stay was perfect and really enjoyable.

Some staff are not friendly 🙄 but the second day were two people good. Plug in electric are not working. Have left paper in the room how to connect to Motel wifi. A representative will show the room to the customer.

Making people feel special must be their superpower because I was pleasantly surprised by a special gift I received for my birthday. The staff was always courteous, helpful and friendly. I loved that the lobby where they had a few games you could play but was so relaxing and quiet that there were several people just sitting around and chatting. It's proximity to the L had its pros and cons. The only con being the noise but it was so minimal that you only heard it while sitting on the window...

This hotel is in a very convenient spot in Downtown Chicago. It's less than 4 minutes walking from Lasalle Station (blue line),Harrison Station (red line), and several bus lines. Best stay, wonderful property.

Excellent hotel!

Great location, walking distance to most of the main attractions. Great hotel, great style. Room was super nice and bed very comfy. Would stay again. Room with view on the river is great for the view, just a bit noisy at night with sirens and honks. But overall perfect stay in Chicago !

Staff very helpful, friendly and excellent at their roles. Breakfast amazing!! Laundry facility very helpful. Room clean and good amenities. Highly recommend the hotel.

I wanted to express my positive experience during my recent stay. The hotel was great, the staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean. It was also very well located, being close to all the exhibitions.

Helpful staff, room very clean, breakfast excellent

First time in Chicago. No room service which sucked but everything else was great.

Fantastic reno of a beautiful Art Deco historical building. One of the most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed at. Love the lobby bar and restaurant which has a fantastic happy hour! Highly recommend and will make a point of staying again.

Overall everything was great!
