"We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Vistana Villages! Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which made our visit even more special. A big shoutout to Deliah at the front desk — she was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Her friendly attitude made us feel welcome right away and set the tone for the rest of our stay. The upgraded room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — everything we could’ve hoped for. The resort grounds were beautiful, and the amenities were top-notch. We’ll definitely be back!"

"I liked everything except the size of the king bed which was smaller than any other king beds I have slept on hotels or my home. "

"It's not a matter of maintenance, it's a matter of appearance. They should remodel the rooms. Simple changes would give them a new look. The furniture and beds are fine, but they should remove the carpets, replace the bathtubs (they could be fiberglass showers), change the interior colors of the rooms (they feel a bit sad), and definitely replace the curtains."

"The room was clean, water nice and hot, plenty of eateries to choose from, beds was comfortable as hell. Would I come back? Hell yeah!! I really enjoyed my weekend here. Hotel staff was A1!! Fantabulous customer service!! No complaints here."
