The rooms are clean when we arrived but no housekeeping during the stay. The second floor smelled like garbage in the 6200 wing, after we moved it was more pleasant. The pool was warm which was a bonus! The pool loungers could use some attention. Also more staff presence in the pool area as people were smoking weed and vaping around the pool and hot tub.

Great location. Unexpected Security Deposit Unexpected additional resort fee (even though I already paid it to Expedia) Kids playing in the hallway at 7:30am making a TON of noise.. could have been taken outside?

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and our room was nice and cozy. The frig and microwave were a definite plus! Our only issue was the clogged bathroom sink...a problem which we encountered the last time we stayed here also...and I'm sure it is easy to fix if the cleaning crew would take a moment to check the drains between guest stays. But overall we had a good stay.

Room not ready at checkin, yet hotel only a fraction full. Knowingly put us in a wing with no hot water and then not willing to let us shower in an empty room. Also, lazy River not working throughout entire stay. Worst customer service at front desk. Front desk manager not willing to provide any type customer service to resolve issues.

Each time I visit here the staff is always so pleasant, they’re quick to try help you with anything you need. There are many places to shop near by as well as tons of food options.
