Due to an unsafe environment and poor cleanliness standards, we decided not to stay. The hotel looked dirty, with a pot in the lobby catching water dripping from the ceiling.

It was an ok hotel to stay if you just need a room to sleep. The room was ok but has a smell and we tired the pool and lazy river but there was no tube to enjoy it. Didn't know you have to being your own

The guy at front desk is very professional.. pool lifeguards are nice but the need to know most of visitors comes too far to enjoy vacation with family.. stop closing the pool for any reason..otherwise hotel is good for the price!!

Always clean, friendly and in great condition. I feel very comfortable in these rooms with micro, fridge huge tv and numerous light sources and two sinks in the room. I have stayed there twice in my Disney vacations and will continue to book every time. Pool and lazy River is great too just sometimes gets crowded at night. There is a hot tub too and Mexican restaurant on ground level.
