"Front desk staff need to friendly know surrounding area as they doesn’t know where is pharmacy in that area and it’s only 14 mins from hotel location also airport shuttle doesn’t drop back at terminal as they suppose too property and location is great…"

"It’s a great place to stay the night if you’re a person that is going to be out for adventure! Great ac, good internet, great hospitality!"

"We chose to stay because it has breakfast and valet parking. The breakfast is super crowded, you have to wait to be seated. The que for waffle is long and it is self serve, and they only have 2 waffle machines. The reason why the waiting time is quite long especially if one person will make for the whole family or group. Though the fresh waffle is better, it is good too if the hotel has a cooked waffle for those who is rushing and does not have time to wait. As for the room, i like the modern interior, the rest room is small but functional. The location is quite far from subway and if you are the type of person that is particular with surroundings, this may not be the location for you."

"The staff was nice and helpful. We stayed 5 nights . FYI- The hotel cleaning crew does not come and make beds , empty trash , or bring fresh towels unless you ask. We had 1 night that the hot water was not working. I wrote an email to the main company and the next day it was fixed, which was good. Location was excellent which was a few blocks from the train station. The hotel safe in our room was not working."
