Property took the hotel stay out of my account, and the cancellation fee. Property manager said I have to wait 5-7 days for it to return back to my account. So no room and I’m still waiting for over $2000 to be returned back to my account.

Overall the hotel was fantastic, but I wish that things such as trying to order something to your room from Sugar (a task I couldn't make work) required your cellphone and an app when it could have been done through the virtual setup you have on your televisions. If that was a better process that was seemless I think I would have enjoyed my stay a little more. Would I go again, probably we shall see.
