Breakfast is $25/person and you can't take anything out with you other than your coffee/tea. Rooms don't actually come with mini-fridges as-advertised but rather beverage 'coolers' which you would have no idea until what you're attempting to keep cold ends up lukewarm the next morning.

This place is so beautiful. Me and family were in town for a family event over the weekend. I was able to do stuff and my y daughters were able to venture out on their own as well. They spoke highly of the Sugar Factory and they said the food was very good. The staff was very professional. Make it even better I was able to get a early check-in with no hesitation. Didn't get to play the slots but next time I will. This is my go to anytime I'm in Queens. I definitely would recommend to family and friends

No seating outside in the main entrance to the resort and also there’s nothing fun to do and there’s no club on Friday night for adults it’s only casina and a band playing I was looking for a club to dance and enjoy there’s nothing to do and not a lot of food options and the people at the food court they are very rude they close to go on break and don’t care if people are waiting they are very rude front desk agent they were nice and polite

To have such a beautiful property next to a casino, you need to work with the casino to develop more higher end restaurants. We ate at Prime, and it is wonderful, but there needs to be several more.
