I had to request a few things upon arrival so not sure if it was really prepped for me but that’s the only reason I didn’t give it a 5\. Had to request Body Wash, slippers, and a robe. Overall loved my room, people at the front desk were welcoming and nice. check in and checkout was easy. The on site restaurant was good for dinner great food and service. Brunch not so much, food was good but the service wasn’t that great, at a point they forgot one of the items we ordered and it wasn’t packed. They did not feel very welcoming. Would I go back to the hotel overall ? The beds were comfortable, but the floor and carpet weren't cleaned daily. During our 7-day stay, the carpet and floor were only cleaned once.
