"Terrible resort, I would NEVER go back here. Please save your money. The pictures looked beautiful but was nothing like how it was in real life. the food was horrible. I took a bite out of my burger from the buffet and it was completely raw... the staff was friendly but it seemed like there was no communication amongst the workers - very unorganized. Many restaurants were closed - not a lot of entertainment either. "

"let’s start off with the good. the good thing is this place has a nice gym and the pools aren’t bad. now let’s get to the bad, the bad is the workers are miserable and won’t give you the time of day unless you tip upfront with 10-20 dollars, the food is awful everything was lukewarm and slapped onto a plate, there were barely any activities scheduled, there were little ants crawling in my room, the mini fridge was leaking fluid. overall horrible resort and stay, i don’t know why this was rated so highly. such a disappointing stay."
