"Dee was great! She's a top-notch, Paris-trained chef and she made the most wonderful breakfasts for us. And on the day we left, we had to leave before breakfast was normally served, so she made us a "to-go" breakfast before we left that was delicious! "This is a very cozy apartment with home touches (like fall floral arrangements). Sparkling clean, mattresses very comfortable. Big well-appointed kitchen with kitchen table that seats 8. We were there in very cold weather and were warm and comfortable. The owners are very nice and kind. Note that you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We were very happy there. Easy to get downtown and around to groceries and shopping. "

"Place was excellent. Great service and recommendations for food etc. The Creamery down the street is amazing. Owners invited us to stay on site even after checkout for the solar eclipse. The only recommendation I have is I am used to sleeping in nearly total darkness. The glass window above the door does allow light in from common area. "

"I love this hotel... It's beautiful and historic and (some of) the rooms are huge! It's local to Cleveland Clinic and Case Western so perfect for graduation this weekend. It's within easy walking distance if the RTA to head downtown to a baseball game. We did have issues this time with the room not being made up (even when we inquired on the 3rd day), and the AC struggled to keep up with the unseasonably warm weekend. "Overall stay was Good, customer service and desk help were okay, no towels in pool room and adults with lots of alcohol in hot tub at night, we tried again next morning still no towels and several children in the hot tub. Our mini fridge was leaking the entire stay, we put several towels down and they were soaked by morning. Enjoyed the cookie.That’s all "

"We ended up in two different rooms for our stay. The first room had cockroaches in the bathroom then the water AND the heat stopped working. The second room was a downgrade from the first with barely any water pressure and a broken toilet. We had to wash up in the sink. There was white dog fur everywhere from whomever stayed there previously and there were ALSO cockroaches in THAT room. We had to wash every dish before we could even cook in the room because the dishes were dirty. Just over"
