Really nice hotel. The staff was extra nice. Excellent breakfast and perfect shuttle service to Cleveland Clinic. The night manager coached me with great patience and in detail how to take the bus/train to the airport from a stop right in front of the hotel. Cost $5 and faster (especially during rush hour) then a $55 taxi ride.

I pick this hotel based on the proximity to the Cleveland clinic. It did not disappoint me. The hotel staff was amazing, Hugh shoutout to the morning staff for answering all of my questions. As a solo traveler I felt so safe. House keeping was amazing. I am so sad I am horrible with names because they deserve a personal shoutout. Taco Tuesday is a must. Don’t forget to stop at the bar; great selection and you might encounter some great people, I did. Highly recommend staying here.

Most of the staff were excellent. I had a problem with the valet. I had called down to have my car retrieved and twice they failed to retrieve my car. When I complained a Mr. Smith became obnoxious and eyeballed me. He is a potential liability for the hotel.

We stayed here while my husband had surgery at Cleveland Clinic. The kindness from every staff person was amazing. They were so professional no matter their job. Our room was spotless. The food both in the restaurant and room service was excellent. Highly recommend and will stay there if we need to come back.
