« C'était notre 2e séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous apprécions toujours le quartier calme, le design, le confort des chambres et l'amabilité du personnel. Cette fois, notre chambre était en sous-sol (basement/lower ground) mais ce n'était pas trop gênant pour la luminosité si on ne passe pas la journée dans la chambre (il y avait quand même des fenêtres). Seulement, nous ne pouvions pas du tout aérer notre chambre (fenêtres non ouvrantes), ce qui nous a dérangés. Le café de l'hôtel propose un petit...

« Deux nuits en famille, 2 chambres triple deluxe très propres et confortables. Service impeccable, merci Zikriya pour l’aide en pleine nuit et tout le personnel pour l’amabilité et la disponibilité, ainsi que la gentille attention pour l’anniversaire de mon Papa. Seul point négatif : les autres clients qui traversent les couloirs en braillant sans aucun respect pour les autres usagers de l’hôtel. Mais ça, l’hôtel n’y peut rien… »

"Hôtel très bien situé dans un quartier calme à deux pas de HydePark et des stations de métros Queensway ou Lancaster. La chambre est propre et spacieuse, les produits dans la salle de bain (Shampoing,gel douche,crème) sont de qualité et sentent très bon. Le seul petit bémol est l’absence de placard fermé pour y ranger ses affaires. Seulement quelques étagères mais qui font l’affaire pour un week-end. Les plus: -bouteille d’eau offerte chaque jour dans le frigo de la chambre. -Petit déjeuner excellent. -Personnel sympathique. Nous reviendrons pour un prochain séjour à Londres. "
