"This is generally a very nice hotel in a great location. There is a certain mustiness to the property, unfortunately, which is masked by heavy doses of Febreze. Some of the room details could use updating. The exercise facility was "out of order" during our stay. That said, the views across the lagoon and out to the ocean are spectacular, especially from the roof. The staff were also very congenial and helpful. And the rates are very reasonable for San Juan."

"Great place to stay. My only issue was that I arrived after hours and in spite of calling and letting them know I would be late, there was NO ONE in the hotel to great us (across the street as directed). We waited tired for almost an hour before someone came. Apparently they "forgot" to forward the phone. Not acceptable."

"We loved this place! Close to everything, the staff was very responsive and helpful. Very clean, and perfect for two people. The room is small but big enough for us. The bathroom was big and better than I expected. Close to supermarket and bars. Will definitely be staying here again. "

"Great staff. Our flight was delayed and they sent detailed intrstructions for a late check-in. They put our room key in a lock box, sent us the code, and when we showed up, we were able to go straight to our room-which are modern and nice. The pool is great too."
