"I reached out already multiple times two hotels.com and personally at the hotel staff. I asked to speak to the manager as well because the room was not as advertised as it was on hotels.com and for the amount I paid. Room was $360 square feet at best and it wasn't a deluxe room as advertised nor did it king bed has initially advertised. It's very disappointing the fact that I brought up these issues as well as the room having a damaged patio track to go outside for the ocean view as well as bathroom sink that was corroding and different colors. Very upsetting and disappointing I initially requested a refund of my money or some type of compensation for the inconvenience. If we were there for a 40th birthday anniversary for my wife and I thought for what was advertised the room of be a great location and also a very nice room and a hotel. The only thing that was accurate was having the ocean view but again with everything that I was expecting and considering the occasion, it was a complete disappointment, and had I not used my 1jey cash the room would have been close to 1100. Please provide some type of refund compensation due to the issues referenced above. Thanks for your time and possible assistance. Mike"
