"We had a great experience. There were many factors that made this a great and memorable stay, but what stands out the most was the service. Every member of the hotel staff that we encountered was so friendly, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the front desk, to the porters in the courtyard, and the housekeeping staff, this was one of our favourite hotel trips. "

"The water park was great for the kids. They upgraded our room for free which was awesome. There was some rough looking properties in the area and the pillows could have been better."
