"Very enjoyable!!! "

"I was there for 9 days with my boys we had a great time parks were open all day however them pools I didn’t see anyone cleaning them there was plastic lids at the bottom of pool from drinks for a few days also them red flys were crazy around the pool area should be sprayed or something your eaten Alive . staff was so nice all of them and welcoming , hotel is a maze couldn’t find the room for a half hour , rooms were semi clean you can tell they don’t deep clean but overall beautiful resort...

"This place is amazing and beautiful. Indoor gardens are relaxing, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We spent 5 days here and could have stayed longer. Stayed at the Cascades and loved listening to the waterfall every night. Slept with the door open and the rush of water all night was most relaxing. Bring money, everything is expensive."

"A solo visit. you pay for the location more than for the hotel. Staff was wonderful and friendly rooms are basic. The breakfast was a little below par for the high price you pay for it. "

"I liked that this property was clean and the employees who worked there were friendly and attentive. The beach was clean and the pool was nice. The service at the restaurant was good as well."

"The property was very clean and well kept. I liked that it was very conveniently located to the parks so taking an uber was very inexpensive. Although they offer shuttles to and from the parks, the times are limited. The food is pricey in the hotel but everywhere you go near Disney, it is very pricey. I took advantage of using the spa and that was wonderful. Prices are typical. I would definately go back to this resort. "

"Didnt like the description of the room compared to what i got. We got a panoramic ocean view. The hotel put us on the city. There was barely a view you had to lien over the balcony to see the ocean. The manager credited me a $100 out of pity. Which honestly thought that was more disrespectful then the false advertisement of the room. Place is clean. Elevators were slow and kind of a pain as you had to scan your room key for each floor "
