Great experience. Hotel staff was very accommodating and informative. Loved the pleasing décor. Great food for breakfast, but some items were a bit too expensive.

"Excellent resort in the middle of the Keys!"
From start to finish, our weekend stay at Hawks Cay was an excellent experience. Nice quiet location in the middle of the Keys. Only a little over an hour from Key Largo and to Key West. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The resort grounds were very well maintained and our two level villa was very clean and comfortable. Lots of stairs to the upper level. Ok for us but may not be for some. A villa is really the best accomodation for dine in for meals because of the full kitchen. Breakfast looking out at the water on the upper level balcony and lower level patio in the villa was priceless. The Ocean Grill for lunch was great quality and not too bad price wise. The restaurants for dinner had very good food but very pricey. Loved the dolphin pool, tiki bar, resort shuttle, fire pit by the pool at night, adults only pool away from the family pool. All great memories. We will be back for sure!

"Winter Getaway"
Nice small new hotel fight on the Gulf side of Marathon Key. We had a king size bed with couch, refrigerator and coffee maker. Breakfast was included and there was a good variety of food. The Lighthouse Bar & Grille was on the property and the food was excellent. You could swim in the pool by the restaurant or the pool withing the hotel property. We had a great view of the Gulf!

"Retired on Friday, Parrot Key on Monday"
Left the federal government after 35 years, needed a fast getaway to recover from the good byes and cold weather in DC. Parrot Keys fit the bill. Quite, beautifully landscaped, charming decor. We had breakfast at the pool side cafe every morning. Parrot Keys resort was easy to access, rental jet skis and bikes on site was a plus. Staff was great! Key West has much history, drag queens, beautiful sunsets, unique architecture, art galleys, great dinning, tacky tourism, but never frost! What's not to like?

"Excellent Hotel Not so cheery staff"
our stay was excellent. The front desk lady was less than pleasant. Seemed always to be stressed out and made us feel we were bothering her. The concierge was also less than helpful. when asked if the was a simple restaurant in walking distance we were told there was no such thing available. He WAS as chef and knew all about food!!! next day walked up Duval St and found that within blocks there are all kinds of nice places even a Denny's for really simple. The accommodations were great just need to tell the maids that 60 degrees is not an appropriate setting on the air conditioner. Had my elderly mother with us and actually had to leave the room for an hour to warm it back up to about 70.

"Unexpected oasis"
It really takes you by surprise. A beautifull canal full of boats and sails under your windows. Relaxed atmosphere. Warm pool. You can kayak or jet ski until the ocean. And reasonably priced in terms of Florida Keys.

"Fab Hotel in a Fab Location"
Gorgeous room! Brand new and sparkling clean. We could enter our room at any hour from the outside. Turn down service brought us water and chocolates. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Pool was gorgeous. We were able to park our car in a nearby garage within walking distance and then walk everywhere we wanted to go. We had a great time there!
