We've tried other newer places but keep coming back because we find that even though it's one of the older resorts, it is absolutely the most charming. "service was excellent. food was bland but edible, we were able to find some nice food at the buffet. Tried the steakhouse and it was over 1.5 hour wait, over 2 including waiting for table. not my favorite decor but I knew that going in. Lots of things to do. The beach and pools were absolutely amazing and in great shape, we had the least seaweed of all of the miles of beach we walked. "The staff at this property really just get it. We got the privilege package. Our first room had a few issues, but the Butler chief Franklin made sure to have that rectified and even upgraded our room. He was absolutely wonderful throughout. Our whole entire trip was all of the privilege pool staff honestly everybody was amazing. I will definitely be returning to this resort in the future"
