Majestic Colonial Punta Cana All Inclusive offers a variety of amenities, including a 400-meter (4,304-foot) lagoon-style swimming pool that runs down the middle of the property, a separate children's pool, and a fitness center. Those traveling on business can take advantage of a business center, conference and banquet facilities, and wireless Internet access in public areas (surcharge). Guests can dine at a total of six establishments, including five a la carte restaurants, and drink at 11 bars, including a swim-up one and sports bars.
The resort also offers activities and entertainment for adults and children including live music at the Plaza Bar, evening tea time with live piano music in the lobby, and theater shows. A casino is on site as well.
A spa offers a range of body and health treatments, and includes three areas. The massage area provides a fountain, lush gardens, cabins, and pool views. The "VIP Room" is a double-sized cabin with an independent shower, spa tub, and sauna. The humid area features eight different showers including ice cold, tropical, Swedish, and flavored. Turkish baths are available, as well as a beauty parlor offering hair services, manicures, pedicures, and facials.

The Majestic Colonial Punta Cana offers 658 Colonial-style guest suites. Some rooms offer terraces, furnished patios, outdoor Jacuzzis or direct access to the pool.

Supreme - Main buffet restaurant offering Italian and international food with several show-cooking areas. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Air conditioned.
La Hispaniola - Beachfront restaurant with sea views. Open for Continental breakfast and snacks during the afternoon.
Taino - Caribbean-style restaurant open for dinner until midnight. Offers a selection Mexican and Dominican dishes. Air conditioned.
Le Gourmet - Gourmet cuisine featuring meat and fish dishes. Open for dinner. Adults only. Reservations required.
Matsuri - Asian restaurant offering two different dinner options: The Teppanyaki (reservations required) where chefs prepare food in front of guests and an a la carte restaurant with a sushi bar, main courses, and desserts. No reservations required for a la carte dining. Dress code applies.
Rodeo Grill - Open-air restaurant specializing in grilled meats. Salad bar for starters and main courses served a la carte.
Tres Calaberas - Open-air restaurant featuring seafood and fish. Salad bar for starters and main courses served a la carte.
La Bodeguita del Majestic - Late-night fast food for takeout or to eat around the corner. Selection of fast food, soft drinks, and beer.

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana All Inclusive also features 11 bars, including a swim-up one, serving domestic and international drinks. Some bars offer snacks, as well as live music and entertainment.
Recreation

Water polo, windsurfing, and use of kayaks, catamarans, and snorkeling equipment are included in the room rate, as are tennis, basketball, Ping-pong, and volleyball. For a surcharge, guests can go banana boating, horseback riding, parasailing, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, and use ATVs.
The hotel provides guests discounts of up to 50 percent on green fees at several nearby golf courses.

“Paradise!”
Our time at the majestic colonial was wonderful. The people there, so warm, always ready and with a smile on their face! The room was good, big enough, comfortable enough, for the time we were in it at least. The beach was gorgeous, always crowded though because there wasn't too much beach to share, but wonderful anyway. I loved the kids club. The girls were fantastic, my daughter loved going there and they always had kisses and hugs for her and something fun to do, their activities were top notch for the kids. The food was very good, lots of variety in the buffet and service was great there too. WE had dinner at the french restaurant. excellent. we loved it. We will be defnitely returning to this place when we can.
“Fun times!”
This hotel is amazing! It is huge, and looks beautiful. The main lobby is nicely layed out and clean. We had a junior suite and it was spacious enough for me and my SO. The pool is huge and amazing. It's so relaxing, the water is great. The beach was just as nice, the sand so soft and the water a nice shade of turquoise, by far one of the best beaches i've seen. The bars at the hotel were good times. a tip: bring lots of cash. we brought what we thought would be enough but it definately wasnt! the resort has ATMs but it only gives dominican pesos. you get a lot more with US dollars, so make sure to bring plenty. i would definately recommend this resort to anyone, we had such a lovely time. the people working there are real nice and welcoming, just real nice people who enjoy what they do. we enjoyed staying here and given the opportunity would come back again!
“Punta Cana 2011”
The trip as a whole was fantastic!! The only complaints on the room are that the bed was awful (like sleeping in a hole!) and that we didn't get washcloths until the 3rd day in. Otherwise the place was great, food was great, and the beach was great and very scenic. Leo at the front desk was great! Would highly recommend to friends!!

“Paradise”
My wife and I stood in the beautiful Majestic Colonial resort. We loved it from the time we walked in to the time we left. The hotel is beautiful our room had a gorgeous view of the beach. The staff were on point always very helpful, respectful and always with a smile. The food was the best of all. After spending 5 nights at the resort we didn't want to come back. My wife was very happy she said that she had the best time of her life. I recommend this resort to everyone. It was like a hidden paradise.

“Would definately return”
Everything about this resort was wonderful. There was a variety of food choices and great entertainment. The only downfall was how unreliable the internet service was. We hoped to use internet to stay in touch with family back home because the phone was so expensive but the connection was always down.
“A great experience”
It was the first time I was in the DR and after numerous trips to Cuba I have been kicking myself for not traveling to DR from the beginning. For virtually the same costs this hotel has great food, great rooms and great service. I would heartily recommend it to anyone.
“perfect relaxing stress-free vacation”
rooms- clean, cool, ground level with beautiful grassy and flowered yard area, and shaded porch. if you are lacking anything, just ask housekeeping and they will provide. fridg stocked daily with sodas, beer and water. grounds- gorgeous, all kinds of flowers, immaculate, constantly being tended. restaurants- not exactly gourmet, but good food, something for everyone, good variety. my favorites were the local fruits and veggies, chocolate ice cream, flan. staff- mostly excellent, friendly and helpful, plentiful. activities- Pat ranch riding was a blast, but take some decent shoes and long pants. Snorkeling was only ok, mostly dead coral, fair variety of fish. buggy/4 wheeler rides were a good way to see some countryside, careen around bumpy, winding, dusty roads and get muddy. be ready for for the locals to provide photography, flowers, picture ops, for tips, also cocoa, coffee, and cigars for purchase at the farm. beach- beautiful site, well maintained, plenty of shady areas, supervision by staff for safety, activities, security, cleanliness. overall a wonderful vacation
