"Check-in was very quick with no wait.The staff was friendly. No wait for food options and very quick bar service. First time at an "Adults Only" and found it very relaxing. The family side or the resort was only a 5 min walk for a more lively experience. The food choices were slightly different between the 2. The beach was really nice, although they was some seaweed, the staff did a really great job cleaning it up to the point that it was a non issue. The palace side did seem to have more activities and entertainment. I would come back to this resort."

We've tried other newer places but keep coming back because we find that even though it's one of the older resorts, it is absolutely the most charming. We will return next year again because of the great staff, food, drinks, entertainment and especially the beautiful beach. "

"The staff at this property really just get it. We got the privilege package. Our first room had a few issues, but the Butler chief Franklin made sure to have that rectified and even upgraded our room. He was absolutely wonderful throughout. Our whole entire trip was all of the privilege pool staff honestly everybody was amazing. I will definitely be returning to this resort in the future"
