Kid & Family Friendly Resorts in Dominican Republic

"Check-in was very quick with no wait.The staff was friendly. No wait for food options and very quick bar service. First time at an "Adults Only" and found it very relaxing. The family side or the resort was only a 5 min walk for a more lively experience. The food choices were slightly different between the 2. The beach was really nice, although they was some seaweed, the staff did a really great job cleaning it up to the point that it was a non issue. The palace side did seem to have more activities and entertainment. I would come back to this resort."

"We have been to the DR over 20 times (always 5 star) and have been to this particular resort over 10 times. We've tried other newer places but keep coming back because we find that even though it's one of the older resorts, it is absolutely the most charming. We will return next year again because of the great staff, food, drinks, entertainment and especially the beautiful beach. "

"Every single thing inside the property was perfect unfortunately the road to access the property is dangerous, we never left the hotel but during the ride from the airport and to the airport we witnessed 5 accidents. The saddest part involved a dog killed by a car when she was trying to feed her puppies…. Road conditions are terrible "
