"The hotel is in the busy Shinjuku area of Tokyo but off the beaten path so the area was quiet and felt very safe. The hotel is huge with a lot of restaurants and amenities. The walk to the Shinjuku Train Station is very nice since the tunnel opens up right at the hotel. The concierge staff were very helpful as well. "

"Very family friendly hotel. Very spacious rooms per Japanese standards and comfortable beds. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of variety at breakfast. There is a play room for young children. The hotel is close to Disneyland and less than 5 minute walk to the train station and supermarket. Easy location to get to all parts of Tokyo as it is only a few train stops away from Tokyo station. "

"Stay in the heart of Shibuya with great views but walkable to crazy nightlife (bars and izakaya open till 5am). Although we booked a room overlooking the scramble per Expedia, we were told on arrival that our room did not have that view. It was beautiful views overlooking the city nonetheless and room 1514 (2 beds between twin and full size) was spacious enough for 3 people. It is a bit annoying that you have to always take two separate elevators to get to the rooms (1-5 lobby is one elevator...

"Lovely quiet hotel in the center of Tokyo. Our room was so cool, comfortable and peaceful. Quick access to Shinkansen and metro (access from inside Sapia Tower). Wonderful kind staff who couldn’t do enough for us. "

"Great location, right next to the Dome and an amusement park. The room was nice and spacious with a great view of the city. Beds were comfortable and a reasonable size, even for a single. Would recommend. "
