"Such a great place to stay! Affordable, close to the Shinjuku station as well as the red light district. My room had a view on the government building which had a neat light show every night. The room had everything I needed and was perfect size for myself as a solo traveller. My one complaint was that my one pillow wasn’t that comfy, but otherwise it was nice room. The restaurant on the 25th floor has a beautiful view of the city, the food is was mediocre but the view was worth it. I would come back here again! Fantastic stay for solo travellers! "

"We loved staying here and will definitely return! It is extremely convenient to all that Tokyo has to offer. The staff is exceptional as well. The Godzilla exhibit was not accessible but not due to the hotel’s fault. In fact, because some persons lacking good sense tried to climb the Godzilla, the exhibit had to close for safety and loss control. I applaud this hotel for taking corrective measures to prevent what should be common sense but is lacking in many today. Yes, we will certainly return!"

"We stayed here for 4 nights with 2 young children. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, very walkable to Shibuya area attractions and easy pedestrian walkway to many train lines. The room was lovely with a stunning view of the city. Beds were extremely comfortable and room was immaculately clean. The buffet breakfast in the lobby restaurant had a wide selection of fresh foods every morning and was absolutely a good deal considering how many times my kids went back for seconds. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Tokyo. Highly recommend."
