The Prince Park Tower Tokyo is a community unto itself, with a basement/ground-floor shopping arcade, restaurant row, spa and health club, and bowling alley (Guests must be 20 or older to use the spa and health club). The lobby level includes upscale shops, such as Cartier, in addition to a hotel convenience shop and a French-style bakery. The property provides complimentary area shuttle service, connecting 3 points; Hamamatsu-cho Station, Tokyo Prince Hotel, and The Prince Park Tower Tokyo. Among the 11 available options, guests will be hard pressed to find a restaurant/bar that doesn't suit their fancy. The basement-level restaurant row, which mimics a traditional Japanese street with its pebble-lined lane and false-front tile rooftops, includes a sushi bar, tempura restaurant, and teppanyaki-style restaurant with a wine/sake-tasting bar where diners can sample up to three complimentary drinks. Wedding needs are taken care of with three chapels—an open-air nature chapel, a garden chapel, and one offering city views from the 33rd floor—plus the basement-level's photo studio, beautician, nail salon, and costume/wedding salon.

Yomeiden - Canton-style cuisine. Open for lunch and dinner with an array of menu options. Mokuren - Main bar featuring live piano music and eight large and small karaoke rooms. Counter- and table-style seating in intimate setting. Menu includes cocktails, whiskey, and brandy. Open daily. Lobby Lounge - Main lounge lit by large windows facing rock-wall waterfall adjacent to the lobby area. Sofa-style seating around glass tables. Menu includes coffee, tea, and homemade cakes. Afternoon tea also available.

A large bowling alley and a health club can be found on the hotel's basement/ground level. The 12-lane bowling alley features a pool table, darts, and bar. Surcharges apply for use. Swimming option at the health club include a 25-meter heated lap pool, natural hot-springs pool, and a spa tub.
