"Best hotel in Tokyo."
The sunroute hotel is by far the best hotel I've been in. The staff were amazing, beautiful and spoke English. They helped us with everything we needed. The room was super clean, small, but just right. The hotel is 7 minutes away from Shinjuku station, which is perfect.

"Nice hotel, close distance to Shinjuku Station"
Its been a really great experience for my daughter and I. We stayed for 4 nights. Though our request for Non smoking room was not met but instead our room was upgraded to a bigger room on the Ladies level (level 14) One particular Female front office staff at the Overseas desk was really helpful. Most of the hotel staff at Shinjuku were fluent in English, were service orientated and helpful. There are restaurants, a Family mart, lockers for our luggages (free for first 12 hours), etc..... Its about 7mins walk to Shinjuku station. There are lots of lots of eating outlet just outside the hotel, we were spoilt for choices. From hair shampoo, to body wash, hair conditioner, face cleansing oil, virgin olive oil, tooth brush, hair brush, cotton buds, facial cotton wool, hair bands were provided. What's amazing is they provided each a cotton pyjamas set. Everything was just amazing and we will definitely not hesitate to recommend this highly to friends, relatives and all reading my feedback.

"Great "home base" location if touring around Tokyo"
Stayed as part of an airfare, hotel, and breakfast package. Overall, a fantastic value. While typical of this class of Japanese hotel, some travelers may find the rooms a bit small, but very well equipped and cared for. The attached restaurant, "Restaurant Stella" is pretty good, reasonably priced, and puts out an incredible mixed culture breakfast buffet. The hotel is located about 2 blocks from Shinjuku Train Stations (both JR and Seibu Shinjuku) and all the accompanying hoopla. Very convenient to all public transportation. An abundance of shopping and eateries are within an easy walk, with a number of them open 24/7. Shinjuku is an excellent starting point for any tourist activities as well, being centrally located with access to almost anywhere in the Kanto area available via the outstanding train system.

"Great location, attached to metro line."
Great location, attached to metro line. Short walk to a lot of restaurants, shops and bars. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet for 1000 yen. The rooms were very clean and spacious for Tokyo. I would stay there again anytime.
