"great experience in the middle of it all"
This was something different! When we wanted to take a shower, we found out that there aren't any western style showers around, everything is communal! We were a little apprehensive at first (being naked around others), but no one cares, no one will look at you. The idea is that you're a guest at the sauna with a sleepover (capsule). You'll be requested to walk around in their attire (robes), and you'll have free use of the sauna facilities, which is great. There's a hot & cold pool, as well as a sauna. What is irritating is the procedure you have to go through when going out/coming in. At arrival, take off your shoes after leaving the elevator to the 4th floor. Go to the desk, check in (some staff don't speak english though), and you'll have to place your shoes in the shoes locker. After that, you'll be handed the luggage locker key (they're small, you may have to place any suit cases in the locker area). Each time you go out, you'll have to hand in your locker key, and you'll be given a piece of paper on which is written your locker number. When coming back, you have to hand them the piece of paper, you'll be given the locker key, and you'll have to change to the sauna robes... The place has a late 70s, early 80s feel to it, which I thought was great. The capsules are OK to sleep in.Do bring your ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. They don't have a lock! So keep your valuables in the locker.

"Great Hotel, Central to everything you could need."
Shinjuku is a constantly buzzing area with plenty to do and see, Couldn't have asked for a better spot or hotel. Although the area is located in the so called "red light district" it is still very family friendly & enjoyable, not at all sleezy as some people have made it out to be. It is close to an array of beautiful restaurants, shopping, train and bus stations as well as the themed restaurants. Alice in wonderland restaurant and the robot restaurant are only a short walk and well worth the trip. We stayed on the 16th floor (non smoking) and the rooms were smaller than what the western rooms usually are, however it was clean, comfortable, well designed and roomy enough for us to still walk around the room. The staff were very helpful and booked anything we needed, gave us directions and maps, translate things for us and go above what any western hotel service would. I highly recommend staying in this hotel and will definitely be going back on my next trip.

"Nice Hotel and good location"
We were stay 4 days at this Hotel, we took Limousine bus from Narita and drop us at the Hotel, this is good value when you carry heavy lugguages, located 3 minutes walking distance to Shinjuku subway lines and JR lines. Lots of restaurants near Hotel, Parks and Goverment building observation floor which is free.

"Lux King in South Tower"
I can recommend this room as just spacious enough with excellent bedding, bath and TV. While I do not have experience with other hotels in Tokyo, from other reviews this is a large living space. I must say the club room is is not very good due to sub standard wine and no liquor being offered. The beer was good and cold and soft drinks were available. The food offered was in very small quantities and disappeared quickly. I can say the club breakfast, in a ground floor location in the main tower is excellent and well worth the expense of the club level room.

"Great location"
The hotel was located in a quiet area along a pedestrian walkway in a business section. Close to the Shinjuku station but not in the hustle and bustle of crowds which was nice. Starbucks just a short walk on the pedestrian walkway and plenty of restaurants at hand.

"Clean, modern hotel."
Great place to stay on the cheap. Rooms were small but comfortable. Decor was modern and hotel was super clean. Plenty of amenities always stocked...razor, toothbrush, pajamas. Super happy! Only thing is it was a little far from the Shinjuku station and like everyone said, tough to find. If you can, checkout the picture directions on the Japanese version of the website...they were my saving grace! Suggest the hotel add them in English too!

"Great Tokyo Location"
We stayed at the Tokyo Hilton for two trips of three nights firstly in a King room then Junior Suite after returning from a couple of days in Kyoto. On both occasions we had access to the executive lounge. The hotel is well located in Shinjuku with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The rooms were great (King Executive and Junior Executive Suite) and service in the executive lounge was excellent. Evening snacks and drinks were always busy so would recommend to arrive close to six or after seven fifteen. Very handy having an international ATM in the basement shopping area. Direct access via tunnel to Shinjuku stations. The only issue with the hotel was the fifteen minute wait to check out at the front desk (should have used exec lounge but was waiting for airport bus). Would recommend to others and will stay again.

"Female Solo Traveler. Location Location!!!"
Female solo traveler her I do not speak Japanese, and this hotel was the perfect location for my 1st stay in Tokyo. Nothing Fancy, but clean and safe feeling here. A shuttle directly from airport less than $20 super convenient. This location was super convenient location; walking distance to shopping areas, and all the main shinjuku train station which connects you to the whole country. Just 1 stop away from Harajuku, maybe an hour to Kamakura etc... Some of the staff speaks English. There is a mart and great Japanese curry for $5-$10 at this location. I just didn't like breakfast here which is $15. I am a teeny woman so the super tiny room didn't bother me. Everything is tiny so if you're tall good luck. Overall a great stay, can't beat location right across street from Gov't Parliament Building where in it's towers you ca get a 360" view of Tokyo for free!!! I would stay here again and recommend to a friend.
