"Convenient hotel close to station"
Most of the staff are very helpful and are bilingual. There is a shuttle that runs between the the train station and the hotel but if you don't mind walking you can easily walk to the station. There are some shops and restaurants on the lower level of the hotel which made it convenient to pick up a snack, drink or reading materials as well as souvenirs. If you like to get in a swim, exercise or play tennis this facility also has those things available. All in all we enjoyed staying at this hotel and would do so again.

"Conveniency At It's Best"
The hotel is a very convenient 10 minute walk from Shinjuku station, or a 1 minute walk from Shinjuku-Gyoemmae subway station. It's easily located by its relatively bright and new neon signs. Check in at this hotel took a while as simply presenting an Expedia booking did not suffice - it was better to present identification (ie. Passport) as opposed to presenting the items Expedia sends you. The FOH hotel staff were very courteous - they all spoke some level of English. In saying this, it is more polite to attempt to greet and speak some Japanese to them as they will love the effort you put in yourself. Service by the FOH staff was excellent. The room itself was very cosy and small, typical of a Japanese business hotel. Amenities inside the room were abundant. We bought the breakfast deal with this hotel through Expedia which was a deal as Expedia priced the Hotel with and without breakfast for the almost the same price. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent - always well greeted, food well stocked, and if something ran out, they would replace it promptly. Check out was nice and easy as everything was prepaid for through Expedia. The only thing to improve is that Expedia should send a confirmation from the hotel as well as the standard Expedia mail that Expedia sends you as it hastens check-in. Would advise travellers to present identification straight away on top of the standard email Expedia instructs you that it is the only confirmation "to present at check in"

Staff very courteous. The service of holding bags after checking out until we left for the midnight flight is excellent. The staff who came out to help us with the airport limo is also very helpful. The housekeeping employees were so nice and polite; and we were impressed with their efficiency. We enjoyed our stay.

"Good hotel, good price"
- The room was clean and tidy - The free facewash samples provided at the concierge were very nice - The bathroom was a good nice and was also very clean - very close to the Tokyo Metro line. The station is only a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel - lots of places to eat nearby. There is also a great 100 yen shop nearby, across the street - the free coffee in the lobby was excellent! It used freshly ground beans

"First Class"
Service was first class from start to finish. I arrived with no ability to speak Japanese whatsoever and every staff member spoke English very well and all were incredibly accommodating. On the room, we loved the shower so much we're already talking about remodeling our home shower when we return home. All in all the best hotel experience I've had in any country.

"Small hotel room but great location"
I chose this hotel because it was very busy week in Tokyo and most of the other hotels were fully booked. It's located near shibuya train station, about 10 mins walk. The hotel reception looks new but the hotel room itself looks older with tired looking carpet. The room was small but just enough space for me (I've only got one small luggage). The bed was comfy but pillow was rock hard. The great thing was the toilet which was really clean with perfect bath tub size for me (I'm quite small in size). They forgot to give me towel and the toilet wash let ran out of battery but they fix them quite promptly. Overall, it would have been a great hotel if the carpet is newer and cleaner and the pillow is soft. But I guess it's a trade off for its great location.

"Better than a hotel"
It was a wonderful experience to stay 4 nights at Hundred Stay Shinjuku in our trip to Tokyo. There was a big Wow factor when we enter the triple beds suite 1612. It is specious compared to even American size hotel room. Nice view to look down at Tokyo metropolitian. Staff were friendly. Breakfast, though same everyday, was nice to wake up to. Very accessibe to Okubo and Shinokubo station. My daughter loved the Udon restaurant downstairs. Highly recommended. Will come back here next time.

"Close to airport"
We choose this hotel as it is situated close to Haneda airport, their is free transportation running to and from the airport from 4am till midnight. The room was small but adequate, and very clean as was the bathroom. The staff on reception were very good, when I struggle with my Japanese they spoke good English to me.
