"Great location, great view, high price!"
We could afford to stay here only thanks to a big-discount coupon -- special treat! The lobby is spartan and not inviting, but with the spectacular views from the rooms, who cares? Those overlooking Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bldg. (Tōkyō Tochō), are especially pleasing. That building has two observation towers that are free and one is open into the evening for the night views.

"Wonderful hotel in great part of Tokyo. "
This is a beautiful hotel where all needs seem to be anticipated. The rooms are large especially for Tokyo. Although pricy we were able to have three adults fit comfortably-other hotels would have required two rooms, much more expensive. Would highly recommend.

"Superior quality and service"
We stayed here for 5 nights on a vacation trip to Tokyo. The hotel is very modern and has a good number of restaurants and other services on the property. This includes an underground mall area that has a 24 hr convenience store and a tunnel that leads directly to the nishi-shinkjunku metro stop. There is also a bus service from the hotel that runs directly to Narita. The staff is excellent and the level of service is what you would expect at a high end business hotel. I would particularly recommend the bar on the 2nd floor where we stopped everyday after sight-seeing. The cocktail menu was great and the bartenders were very nice and attentive.

"Good location in Shinjuku"
We stayed at this hotel since we were meeting our tour group here to climb Mt. Fuji. The location is close to Shinjuku station which was nice when arriving from Narita airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we forwarded our luggage to Kyoto. The restaurant where we had breakfast was fine and opened at 5:00 AM which worked out well since our tour started at 6:15 AM. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. If I was staying in Shinjuku again I would not hesitate to stay at the Keio Plaza Hotel.

"Spacious room in the center of Tokyo"
Tokyo was our first stop on my Japan trip. I expected a much smaller room as this hotel is centrally located. It was just a minute walk from a subway station. It may be an older building but has been nicely renovated. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The roomy bathroom had everything you would need on a trip. I felt that I had a very good price for the quality of the hotel, service of the staff and the delicious breakfast. I was pleased with the coin laundry on the ground floor. The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I will come here on my next trip.

"Short stay in Tokyo"
We stayed for 4 nights at the Nakano Sun Plaza which is one train stop away from Shinjuku where we spent most of our time. Hotel is great and comes with all the necessities. Everyone should try the Japanese breakfast offered there.

"Excellent hotel in Tokyo"
I stayed for two nights with my daughter. The hotel staff were helpful and courteous. The room was large and well appointed with a large bathroom and good vanity/clothes space. Gym was small but never busy and although we did not have time to use the pool it was a good size with views over the city.
