"Nice hotel"
Great hotel, very pleasant staff, would definitely consider staying here again. Only real negative is getting there from airport. Took limousine bus from Narita airport to Shinjuku station and walked to hotel as we had a ski bag and couldn't get a taxi. The distance seemed a lot longer when dragging luggage. Glad we planned walking route in advance as would not have been easy to find in the dark.

"Incredible."
There isn't too much to say other than the title....this hotel is simply incredible. Excellent food, amazingly comfortable rooms, breathtaking views, and very helpful staff. For anyone worried about the location, it's not an issue. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku station (or you can take a 4-5 min cab ride) and they have free shuttles running every half hour. Once you get to the station, you can get pretty much anywhere in Tokyo, and the rest of Japan via the Shinkansen (bullet trains) extremely easily.

"Lovely Room, but WiFi Additional Charge"
We were greeted by very polite staff on arrival. Easy check in and we were upgraded to a room with a view. Amazing view and very spacious room. Great shower, comfy bed and lovely sheets. Only downside was having to order WiFi and pay for it. Minimal charge but should be inclusive. Otherwise, highly recommended.

"Nicely remodeled and comfortable hotel."
I rate this hotel 5 stars for the money. The service is impeccable with a friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent---a short stroll from the south exit at Shinjuku Station. Although the rooms may seem a bit small, they are very clean and larger than some hotels in the Shinjuku area with comparable room rates (I've stayed at several over the years). The trattoria/bar on the 1st floor is also very nice with Japanese-Italian cuisine at reasonable prices. Be sure to reserve tables in advance on weekends as the open salad bar is very popular with non-guests.

"Lovely welcoming hotel. At last a comfy pillow!"
This was a little bit of luxury for us on our last night in Japan. We had been staying in nice three star places for two weeks. When we arrived I felt like I had just walked into the Hilton at home. When I saw the Twinnings tea bags I could have cried!! Soft pillows and a 12MD check-out were a treat. Even after we had checked out they looked after our bags and put us on the bus to the airport that afternoon. Really, you could not fault the place.

"Look no further, great views, staff & experience!"
This was our first trip to Tokyo and absolutely loved this hotel! Would def stay here again on our next trip. If you're on the fence, the scenic views are def worth the extra cost. We had an east side view which was great. I think the Mt. Fuji view is on the west side. Location is close to Shinjuku station (so very convenient for the narita express airport train, metro etc). From the station, Be sure to follow the signs for the south exit / southern terrace or you could end up taking a long and confusing walk - I really can't stress this enough. We had brunch at the restaurant on the 20th floor which was a combination of western and Japanese style buffet - very good!

"Such helpful staff!"
We arrived to find out that I had booked us in for one less night than intended. The man at the front desk fixed up our issue with no fuss, organizing to have a triple bed room made up within twenty minutes. The room was spacious and very comfortable, but it was the staff that really made Shinjuku Prince for us. The man that had helped us with the room was a continuous source of help throughout our stay, I wish I had got his name so I could say thank you!

"Perfect for layovers"
We were really impressed by this hotel, its convenient location, and little comforts aimed at both planned and unplanned layovers. The bathroom is compact and well-designed, with a hairdryer, toothbrushes, toothpaste, brushes, qtips, and shower caps. There are pyjamas and slippers on the bed already, plus a shoe cleaning station and shoehorn. Best of all, its location in the international departures terminal, right next to the checkin gates, made for a smooth, stressfree connecting flight. The only unexpected part was that the last train back to Haneda on a Monday night was before midnight. Something to keep in mind when planning your excursion into Tokyo. Woukd definitely welcome an occasion to stay here again.
