"Close to airport"
We choose this hotel as it is situated close to Haneda airport, their is free transportation running to and from the airport from 4am till midnight. The room was small but adequate, and very clean as was the bathroom. The staff on reception were very good, when I struggle with my Japanese they spoke good English to me.

"Clean & Convenient"
This hotel isn't going to win any awards for being the biggest or best hotel in Tokyo. It did, however, work well for me. Mystays Kamata fit my budget. It is also close to Kamata station, with plenty of restaurants and bargain shopping nearby. The hotel itself was clean, well maintained and modern. I can't describe the rooms as being overly spacious, but not bad for Tokyo. Hotel staff, while having varying degrees of English proficiency, were able to take care of whatever I needed. Each of the staff I interacted with was courteous, professional and patient.

"Close to transit"
Very nice hotel. English speaking staff. Basically right on top of the Rinkai Line - Shinagawa Seaside Station. Easy to get to from Haneda. Take the Tokyo Monorail to Tennozu Isle. Transfer to the Rinkai Line. You walk outside for about a block and a half. Very well signed in English. I arrived late at night in Haneda. Made the trip about 11pm on a weekday.

"Huge rooms"
I was very impressed overall by this hotel. The room was huge (and not just by Japanese standards); it was really more like an apartment than a business hotel. My room included a small kitchenette, wood floors and a leather fold-down couch/bed (in addition to a regular bed). I had a corner room that had expansive windows along two walls, although the view wasn't exactly inspiring. Plenty of free amenities available at the front desk, including laundry soap, bath salts, bottled water and the usual shower amenities. Also available are a portable heater, dehumidifier, umbrellas and other small electronics/appliances. There is also an extensive VoD option for the TV. The hotel is well-maintained: the elevator was clean and looked new, as did the carpets in the hotel's hallways. My only complaint is the location; it's 10 minutes on foot from Keikyu-Kawasaki Station or a bit longer from Kawasaki Station, but the directions are somewhat unclear as the hotel is off the main streets in a more residential (/red light) area. I lived in Japan for 2 years and still found it a bit difficult to navigate at first, so bring a good map.

"Great hotel close to everything. "
I had a great experience at the hotel. Very close to shopping, restaurants and the train station. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Highly recommended.
