Room was lovely and was very clean. Do not order room service the night staff are rude and the food was inedible."

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a fair number of choices. The shuttle to and from the train station and Disney areas was very convenient. The only complaint I would have is that the property is located in an industrial area, so there are no food or shopping options nearby. If you stay here, plan ahead and purchase what you need for the night before getting on the hotel shuttle. That being said, I would stay here again if visiting Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea."

"Easy check-in and check-out, helpful staff at the reception, good breakfast buffet. Great location near the train station. Only one ride from the hotel to Haneda airport, very convenient. Also, walkable to the boardwalk park. The only downsides were the room was small, the bed and pillow were hard, but will do if staying there for a night or two."

"The hotel is in a nice quiet area (despite being beside a big highway) and has very good restaurants just across the road. Good access to shops (5 minutes walk away) and great links to the rail network. The staff were lovely and there is a free coffee machine in the lobby! The only thing that put me off if that the rooms are facing onto an open 'balcony' type of corridor, so it feels like a tower block. Apart from that, it was great service and they included a washing machine inside the room...
