We only stayed one night and we found the hotel clean, comfortable and convenient. Compared to the other hotels we used in Tokyo this room was very spacious with two twin beds. Breakfast was included and had a fair number of choices. The shuttle to and from the train station and Disney areas was very convenient. The only complaint I would have is that the property is located in an industrial area, so there are no food or shopping options nearby. If you stay here, plan ahead and purchase what you need for the night before getting on the hotel shuttle. They do not have a shuttle that goes to the Disney Parks. The Expedia description has false advertising- says the hotel has a spa and is a 10 minute walk to the Disney Parks, but there is no spa. And in reality when you map the walking directions it is MINIMUM 30 minutes walk in the heat in June.
