Hotel was clean, modern, check in was easy. Beds were quite firm, and pillows were very flat and only 1 per bed, so consider going to buy pillows after you arrive! We kept forgetting when we were out but there is a big houseware store nearby. Bathtub was nice and deep, good after long day of walking. Noteable because the Onsen is unfortunately not tattoo friendly. That said, if you are not heavily tattooed they do provide coverage bandages at the front desk! Didnt get a chance to try their complementary nightly ramen because there were so many restaurants nearby.
