The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The workout facility and sauna area were very clean and they had good equipment. Although we booked a room overlooking the scramble per Expedia, we were told on arrival that our room did not have that view. "this is a sex hotel in the red zone of shibuya. i think that says it all. we wanted to check in and they refused because we were 10 minutes earlier. the room was ready but they insisted we can only check in in 10 minutes. then i realized they sell the rooms by the hour. their english is marginal. we left even if the room was pre-paid."

"This hotel is a to go place if you have an early morning flight from Tokyo. There’s no transportation available in Tokyo before 5AM and if your flight happens to be at 6 or 7 am you can be out of luck. Of course there are taxis if you’re ready to pay the premium. This hotel is right in the terminal so you literally get out the hotel to the check in area."
