Loved the attention to details in the hotel design, friendly/beautiful staff, access to coffee/food options, and walkability to the heart of Shibuya in 5-10 mins. I’ve stayed at the Aman and Park Hyatt and while this hotel doesn’t offer the amenities or service of a five star hotel, it punches above its weight and is where I will stay next if given the choice between all the options.
