"Our stay at Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel was excellent!!! It is centrally located so very easy to get to the subway system and Shabuya scramble. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The workout facility and sauna area were very clean and they had good equipment. "Excellent service, as expected from a Japanese hotel. Fantastic location near Shibuya crossing and Harajuku and remarkably quiet given how close it is to the train station - the tracks were literally right outside our room and I was never woken up by noise. Rooms were also a good size given the location and price. Public bath was also nicer than I expected (the cold bath is basically a therapeutic ice bath; I think it was kept around 10C, which I actually appreciated after all that walking)."
