Easy access to Shibuya station with plenty of shopping and dining nearby. Two sets of washer/dryer on-site was very convenient (coin laundry). Staff was friendly and efficient. Our Standard Twin room was small, which was expected. Bathroom was smaller than expected. Our ninth-floor room was on the Shibuya Station side with train tracks visible below but noise from the station was barely noticeable (and I'm a light sleeper!)

When I first walked in the lobby, everything seems pretty fancy. Older hotel but nice and the staff is super attentive and love the complimentary face washes and toiletries (DHC brand which I like). Then you go to the room and the bed area is nice, looks pretty modern, BUT you go to the bathroom and it’s not good. It’s like an airplane bathroom/porta potty type thing they shoved in the room. It’s so weird. There’s MOLD between the seams of the plastic wall and mold on the ceiling in the shower, and the shower curtain is also a cheap old shower curtain stained yellow and covered with specs of mold. I felt a little gross touching anything in there. It’s so nuts cause everything else seems nice but this bathroom is kinda gnarly. Other cheaper hotels were more simple but I felt safe enough to take a bath in the room cause it felt so clean. But this bathroom I felt like I needed shower shoes. It’s also insanely tiny and the door to the bathroom felt like it was made of flimsy plywood. If I were the hotel owner I would really consider just ripping those old plastic weird bathrooms out, they are past their expiration date and don’t get taken care of. The location however is amazing. You look out the window and you’re right next to Miyashita park and the scramble crosswalk is literally 3 min away. Every major subway and train line pretty much connects at Shibuya so super convenient location. Oh the one other thing that kind of sucks is that check out is at 10am.

The area is very convenient to the shop and the subway. This hotel looks nice and quiet. The breakfast is tasted, Overall experience was good except that the bathtub was not cleaned enough.
