"Our stay at Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel was excellent!!! It is centrally located so very easy to get to the subway system and Shabuya scramble. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The workout facility and sauna area were very clean and they had good equipment. "Excellent service, as expected from a Japanese hotel. Fantastic location near Shibuya crossing and Harajuku and remarkably quiet given how close it is to the train station - the tracks were literally right outside our room and I was never woken up by noise. Rooms were also a good size given the location and price. Public bath was also nicer than I expected (the cold bath is basically a therapeutic ice bath; I think it was kept around 10C, which I actually appreciated after all that walking)."

"Good enough hotel, and you are right next to Shibuya Station which is a huge bonus. Western travelers be warned: the rooms are tiny. Hard to walk small. We had to put all of our luggage under the bed just to be able to move around. For a single person this would be fine, but two people gets tight. It does have a washer/dryer combo in the room though, so great if staying multiple weeks. "

"this is a sex hotel in the red zone of shibuya. i think that says it all. we wanted to check in and they refused because we were 10 minutes earlier. the room was ready but they insisted we can only check in in 10 minutes. then i realized they sell the rooms by the hour. their english is marginal. we left even if the room was pre-paid."
