Perfectly good value for money in excellent location. Didn’t like : - poor ‘western’ breakfast provision - absence, if understandable, of comfortable public sitting space - no ‘public’ hot bath.

We booked 2 rooms at the hotel. The lobby was full of baggage everywhere, nets on top of baggage, counters were cluttered with boxes, and small lobby. At check-in, they wanted us to pay the room tax upfront instead of at the end of the stay. Even though the rooms were available, they wouldn't let us go in and charged for 1 hour before checkout fee. we had to pay that upfront too. The bathroom was very small with shower and tub in the same area with no room to dress. They had curtains dividing the bathroom from the beds but the curtain was broken. Sink area was nice with large countertop. Staff was unfriendly and rude. We had paid upfront for breakfast and it was an awful experience. The food was finishing and they wouldn't add more, you had to wear gloves to get the food. no service at the table. The good part was location and easy access to shopping and restaurants.
