"Nice hotel near the Osaka Caatle"
Stayed here form one night. Front desk staff was very helpful and spoke reasonably good English. Hotel room seemed a bit old but quite spacious and very clean.

"Great location, A/C not as great."
Great location, nice hotel. Only complaint is that air conditioner was a bit weak and did not provide much protection from the malicious heat and humidity beating on my door. Also, there was no view outside the window -- but this is common in many large Japanese cities as buildings are often situated so close together you'd break your dental floss trying to insert it between two of them.

"Great location!"
Stayed here for 4 nights on the last leg of our Japan Trip. Had a great stay. The area immediately around the hotel was very nice. Upscale hotels and shops nearby that had very beautiful night ambiance too! The room was a nice size and the tv and fridge worked great! We had the buffet breakfast one morning and liked the selection though it took a little bit of time for things to be replaced once emptied. I really recommend this hotel. Though it is a five minute walk to the nearest train/subway station we really enjoyed staying here while sightseeing in and around Osaka!

"Nice hotel - close to trains"
I had to put my luggage in a awkward place though cos there wasnt much space (had to put it half blocking a door) - but aside from that was good.

"Nice Hotel but one significant problem"
The rooms are well appointed, quiet and of a good size. The restaurants are all decent and a good value. There is fast wired internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby. Only one English speaking station (BBC) on the TV but the TV is HD and has plenty of HDMI connections. Staff at desk speaks adequate English, but not enough for anything other than the basics. The only drawback to the room is the bed is extremely firm with no padding. For anyone not used to this type of bed or mattress, could be a problem. At least, it was for me.

"Definitely recommend!"
Location above Namba station is awesome, across from Namba Parks! Room was very well done - modern, clean and spacious. We were there with our 3 kids (6, 2 and 7 mos) and it was a nice sized room! There was a pull-out sofabed that our 6-year old slept on, and the hotel provided us with a full sized crib for our 7-month old. Our 2-year old slept between my husband and I in our king bed. All of that and still room to move around. An added plus is that Babies R Us is at Namba Parks so if you need any baby/kid supplies it's right there. BIC Camera is also a 10 min walk away so if you need any electronic equipment (e.g., camera, iPhone, iPad accessories, etc.) The staff's English is really good and the hotel itself is nice, but the rooms are a lot nicer and more updated than the lobby area. The only downside is that the pool can only be used by kids 6 and older. So, while my 6 year old could use the pool my 2 year old could not which was a bit disappointing. But, that is my only issue with this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel, esp to families!

"Great location and helpful staff"
The hotel is about 13 minute walking from Osaka train station. If that's too far for you, they offer shuttle service from train station to hotel every 30 minutes. Good selection of food in the neighborhood. Great river view from our room. 7 minutes walk to subway station. The staff gave us many tips around Osaka. Wonderful experience.
