Hotel staff is tops I found the very nice, accommodating and welcoming. Don’t miss the little patisserie next door I believe it’s associate with the restaurant Boulay that is attached to the hotel. The restaurant Boulay was excellent service and food. "

"The hotel is a 12 to 15 minute slow walk from the main train station but if you have loads of luggage, taxis are available outside the station. The room is beautiful and very clean. It is a quiet part of town but there are good restaurants nearby. Rue de Petit Champlain is just a 10 minute walk from the hotel and the upper side of Old Quebec is just a 2 minute funicular ride. "We loved the space. Comfy beds and pillows. W&D is great with soap provided. But could be better: - art on the walls there currently is none - plates and pans are pretty rough - two bottles of shampoo but no conditioner - toilet paper is low budget - Air conditioner in upper living room not working - Air conditioner in main bedroom noisy fan "
