ummmmmm literally the best the place in Jamaica. there were 8 of us girls in total who just wanted to relax and this place just made us have so much fun! from the staff to everything here (the views, the food) was all beyond my expectations. will be coming back here with my boo ☺️

This is such a beautiful property in such a special place. It wasn’t very busy when I was there, but I think even if it was, it would feel very peaceful. The staff is amazing. Just absolutely amazing. I’m also including the Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs that just wander around the property. Theyre sweethearts. I feel bad for how many people feed them, though. Such a magical spot, the cliffs, the ocean, the aesthetic of everything. I highly recommend.

Such an beautiful resort with amazing personalized service, food and ambiance. The Cliff is a true 5 star experience as I can say I had no complaints or disappointments! Clean room. Missing a microwave. Would be nice to have one. Staff was affable. Wifi wasn't working too well. Don’t like the steep drive in entrance. Good little drive away from the main road. When I arrived and while being at the property I didn’t see an opened bar. Overall, beautiful place.

This was our second stay at CocoLaPalm. We originally stayed as a couple in April, 2023 and had a wonderful vacation. The property is well managed and clean. Staff are absolutely incredible. Clean, and spacious. The staff, Sabrina and Sasha were very helpful. Also the cook served a very nice Jamaican breakfast. My stay was exactly what I needed. A nice beach close by would have been ideal. Thanks guys!

The property doesn’t look very impressive from the outside but once you walk you notice it is a very clean and modern property. The staff were friendly and provided very good service. The room was well maintained, on the larger side, and the bathroom was modern with lots of water pressure in the shower. This is our first visit to this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised.

This small hotel was perfect for us. The room was clean and well-appointed. The hotel staff were fantastic. Check-in with Michelle was a breeze. The wait staff, Andre and Dalwayne, were very helpful, friendly and the service was the best we had in Jamaica. The security guards, Albert and Edward were always available on their post at the gate and were helpful and very friendly. The location of the hotel worked very well for us, as we did day trips by car.

A lovely spot to start off my vacation. Everyone of the staff I met were amazing! The place is older but I was surprised how much I liked it. Excellent pool and great vibes! I would definitely return. I travelled alone for my first few days and this spot gave me convenient location where I felt safe and could also easily walk to everything I needed.

This was a great inexpensive option to start our trip. Room was fine, clean and A/C. Nice balcony to sit out to watch the world and sunset. The free breakfast was very good. Entire staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful.
