Barcelo is a beautiful property outside of Puerto Vallarta. It has something for everyone! The staff take great care in their work. So many friendly people who were always there to help. The buffet food was really good and we always found things to eat. The swim up bar was perfect and so much fun! The spa was so relaxing and so peaceful. We were able to watch football and baseball playoffs in the Cantina with a fun crowd. The staff went out of their way to turn a rainy day into fun activities. We are already planning on going back next year!

the highlight are the waiters for breakfast and Victor from the beach area pool is exceptional with customer service.
We had to stay an extra day due to airport closure caused by hurricane Simon. The hotel id not do a good job to help with extra accomodation nd asked us to look for another option.
