Clean, Quiet and professional.

This is definitely a 5 star hotel that meets expectations. Great location on the beach. The main building beach view room was very nice; the breakfast buffet was great; and when the amenities were open (hot tubs, gym, etc.), I enjoyed them. The only downside was there was work being done on the gym and hot tubs for one of the two days I was there, so there should have been some sort of refund. Likely not something everyone will experience though as I can’t imagine they are frequently closed, so I’d definitely come back.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout the entire stay — from the door attendants, front desk staffs, and restaurant employees to even the other guests, everyone created such a warm and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel was spotless, luxurious, and beautifully maintained, with everything feeling so clean, neat, and elegant. The breakfast buffet at The Aria was amazing with a huge variety of fresh, delicious food. Overall, the entire experience felt relaxing, upscale, and genuinely wonderful. BEST HOTEL IN SOUTH KOREA.

Nice hotel although disappointed as a five star hotel that we could not use the pool and experience was not great. My sneakers were taken from my room, perhaps housekeeping disposed of it (not accusing any0ne of stealing it), it was a bit old but would have thought housekeeping would not throw out guests items until the end of their stay.

Lovely staff & clean amenities!

The room was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was spotless and the tub was huge. The room was a little small but it was fine, and we liked that the hotel was quiet/ The staff was very kind and helpful. We will consider staying at this property again on our next visit.

The location was perfect! Everything was walking distance from the hotel!
