Nice hotel. Check in is smooth and the reception at level 20. Request for a birthday cake and the staff confirmed the request during check in but believe they have forgotten about it to provide the cake on the birthday date itself.

We enjoyed our stay at Novotel Ambassador Hotel. The breakfast was good and the room was spacious and had a good view. Nearest station has 3 connecting lines and it’s walking distance to Gwangjang market.

Great location! First time staying here and will most likely come back. Every time we visit Korea we try to stay in Dongdaemun area because it’s easy to get to other areas of the city. The hotel was great because it was very close to the subway and late night shopping. Only complaint is that the rooms were smaller than expected.
