Indonesia Spa Vacations

Had an absolutely amazing time staying here. Rooms were immaculate and all of the staff were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was good pool facilities not big enough for amount of guests and pool bar quite expensive

Staff was very helpful and everyone from cleaning to pool were very nice. The pools were amazing, especially the adult only one. We tried a few experiences: Teppayanki: great taste and friendly chef, was a lot of fun. Only negative is the sauce maybe been a bit too buttery In villa dining: the staff set up a nice table and BBQ in our villa. The food was fresh off the grill and delicious with very generous portions.

Good variety of meals for breakfast. The Indonesian breakfast was a bit same same. Western was a better choices. Good fresh juices were available. Staff were very slow. Rooms weren't getting made up till late afternoons. Simple things as bottle openers or even cutlery wasn't set in room. Have to order and it may come over an hour later. Spa is really good and friendly. Lots of road works in front of the hotel, very noisy and difficult to get around the works. Pool bar wasn't open very often. If have a swim out room, you look forward to go to pool bar . Could improve with more staff.

Great hotel. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, and the beds are comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. Couldn't fault a single thing.

My boyfriend and I just got back and we’re already counting down until we can return. From check-in, the staff went above and beyond — everyone was so sweet, and it felt like 5-star Michelin treatment the whole stay. Our room was cleaned twice a day with a lovely turndown service — cute notes and sweets left on the bed every night. The room had a beautiful outdoor shower and bathtub, perfect for a romantic touch. When our TV had an issue, staff replaced it immediately. Free water was restocked daily. Breakfast was incredible — so many options, but we couldn’t get enough of the fried rice and bihun goreng plus made-to-order coffee included free. It kept us full until dinner! Room service was also quick and delicious. Can’t recommend Kamandalu enough. We’ll be back!
