Everything is good.

We had a disappointing experience at the Rosewood Georgia. When we checked in we had to wait 15 minutes in line to check in. Staff the first night told us they were tending to things like Sending us anniversary bubbles and then turn down service that never appeared then our room hvac system was broken and the room was 75 degrees F overnight and into the second night making it uncomfortably warm for sleeping. We asked for help the following morning and the hotel sent someone but the issue didn’t get resolved all day and we asked for help again around 4pm at which point the manager was very friendly and apologetic which was a welcome change from the tone of the prior messages with front desk staff. He sent us a bottle of wine and some complimentary bites in our new room, also very kind. We ended up moving rooms to the exact same room we had but come to find out it had nicer amenities than the prior room (better quality bathrobes), clocks by the bedside table etc that the other room didn’t have at all which seemed strange at a 5 star hotel. Our experience with the live music in the lobby which we were So excited for was that it was very loud And the crowd talked very loud over the music making it hard to enjoy the talented musicians. Overall the space felt less like a boutique hotel and more like a larger mainstream experience that didn’t match the price tag for the room and restaurants on site.

As would be expected from a five star hotel, very comfortable large room with beautiful bathroom. Very friendly reception that allowed extended checkout time.

Room was nice and clean, front desk was nice and professional. One of the elevators was broken, which did cause a longer wait on 2 occasions. Parking was a nightmare. I paid $58 and it was extremely stressful and frustrating. Please, please fully review the hotel’s parking video and info before you book. If you set GPS to go to the hotel, you will not be able to park at that location. Instead, have your GPS take you to the parking garage directly (if you are bringing a car). It is an extremely busy and hectic area and if you are unfamiliar, it could cause undue stress.

The room was very well appointed, nice view and the hot tub was amamzing!! Maybe it was the time of year (Oct) but we were all alone in the hot tub every time we used it

the only reason I didn't give the resort a 5 star for condition of the property was that the carpeting in the hallway of the 11th floor was in poor shape as far as it had a lot of ripples and could be a tripping hazard. our room was comfortable, clean and other than I swear ever time we get a hotel room our room is at the far end of a hallway, - with mobility issues I should have asked for something a little closer - but not too close to the elevators. the front desk was helpful finding us a close place to park so I could use my mobility parking pass - much appreciated
