No control over parking. Allowed cars to block front entrance so that others could not roll luggage trolley into hotel

Loved the upscale vibe and the Native American theme.

This was our 50th Anniversary celebration with our family. A wonderful week at Yellowstone and the house was perfect for our needs. A few minor feedback items. Three of four clip for hot tub cover are missing, the doorstop for front door was broken. Someone had tried to stick it back with aluminum foil. Not successful. Foam mattress covers should be stored somewhere beside in bedroom closets which renders the closet unusable. Otherwise all was wonderful. Best stocked place we have ever stayed.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and functional.

This was our second stay at the Four Seasons, and we already can’t wait to return. The staff remembered us, and their thoughtful attention to detail truly made us feel special. We arrived to find wine and pastries waiting in our room, which was such a lovely touch. We enjoyed breakfast each morning at The Steadfire Chophouse, and the buffet was excellent. We also had a delicious steak dinner there one evening. Our only concern was that dogs were allowed in the dining area. Because I have allergies, it was uncomfortable when a large dog that appeared unclean repeatedly shook near the tables, sending hair into the air. We were also surprised to see its owner allow it to eat from his plate. This would not keep us from returning to the resort, but it may make us reconsider dining in the restaurant. The spa was amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed the pool area, and the mountain views simply cannot be beaten. Overall, another wonderful stay at the Four Seasons.

The rooms were nice, but there were no good views from any of the rooms. The hotel was conveniently located near shopping and all the major restaurants. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that the rooms weren’t cleaned promptly, we had to remind them to clean our room a few times. We also found the bar to be overpriced.

This was one of the most thoughtfully put together hotel rooms we have stayed at in recent memory. This would have been the best overall hotel in quite some time if not for one thing... the mattress. I think it was pretty old probably, but it had no support at all. Neither my wife nor I slept well as we are used to a supportive mattress. Other than that, I would give the room 5/5. Very well thought out ideas. Simple stuff, but things others rarely do. The bathroom sink had a soft soap pump. No need to have a tiny bar of soap melting all over the counter. There was an adjustable night light for when we got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night. AC worked great to cool the room, there was a couch to watch TV so you did not have to sit in bed for it, and the soft soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower was top notch. All little things, and there were more, but stuff others often overlook or don't bother with. Nicely decorated and well maintained too.
