Check in was seamless and staff was friendly. We confirmed there was a coffee pot in our room. We got to our room, no coffee pot, called the front desk and were told it wouldn’t be available until morning. We had wanted to be up and out early without having to track down staff. The next morning, called the frint desk again, no answer after 100 rings, so we tracked down a worker who didn’t speak english and asked for help. A short time later a staff member came to ask what we needed. She was very kind and returned within 30 minutes with the coffee maker. That night we returned from a very LONG day of exploring and found our key cards didn’t work. Head over to the office, new keys issued. We went out for a short run of errands, returned and key cards didn’t work again. Frustrating! We didn’t shower in the room as the drain was discolored and we weren’t sure from what. We had an “okay” stay however we wouldn’t stay again.
