I have rarely experienced such attentive staff. They thought of things I hadn’t even consider when making my order. For example I ordered a glass of wine and some cheese and they offered me crackers to go with it which I thought was lovely. The front desk couldn’t have been more helpful and we felt very welcome and the minute we arrive till the minute we left when they asked to come back soon, so I highly recommend the Clement.

Check in was fast and easy. They offer it on the app too. I didn't try it. I highly recommend using valet. It is the same cost as regular daily parking. You can just add tips for staff. We were there for 6 days and want to return for more! Plenty of fun crafts for everyone. Most are additional cost. The luau is a must! Food was ok, but entertainment was top notch as with everything Disney. Every single staff member we came across was super friendly, just like Disney standard has always been. They could use larger shopping area and not repeat the same items as they do in two of the stores. The food at all the restaurants was top notch. You also have to try the shaved ice with the works! I suggest renting a cabana when you go to the beach. Comfy and worth every penny! Buy the reusable cup right when you get there. It is free refills on coffee, tea, soft drinks, or water all throughout your stay. Pool wristbands are changed daily. I suggest heading down the night before to avoid the line. Rooms are full of bathroom amenities. No water bottles. Very pricey so get your money's worth!!

The hotel is clean, and the beach is very clean and beautiful. In the morning, the ocean is usually calm with small waves, making it a great time for snorkeling. We were also able to see sea turtles quite easily. However, there are several things that could be improved. The parking area is quite far from the rooms, and getting from the second floor to the lobby is not very convenient. The hotel does not offer many entertainment or recreational facilities other than the swimming pool. The beach is not actually owned by the hotel, and ordering food or drinks from the hotel while staying at the beach is quite inconvenient. The air conditioning in our room was also very loud, and the temperature control worked inconsistently. On the positive side, the hotel’s signature drinks were very good. Overall, the hotel is clean and has a beautiful, peaceful beach with excellent opportunities for snorkeling and seeing sea turtles, but the facilities and room amenities could use some improvement.

This was probably the worst hotel stay we have ever had. At around 12-1am the power went out to all the rooms. It was very hot and the music at the pool was so loud it sounded like a big party or concert. When we went down to talk to staff, many guest were already down there and the staff was very dismissive and did not know how to handle guests in a stressful situation. One front desk attendant started cussing at us. As guest we were all upset but as a professional in this setting that was never an ok response to any guests. Many guest ended up leaving in the middle of the night and they still had no solution to the blaring music and power outage. For the music NO ONE on staff knew how to turn it down and they had to wait for management to respond to their calls/tests in the missile of the night. It was all out chaos. We decided to head over to the parks around 8am and there was still no power. It ended up coming on sometime during the day but still very inexcusable for how the team cracked under pressure. They need training and should be REQUIRED to wear name tags. The "security officer" is a joke. A tip for next time something unfortunate happens - use the printer to make a flyer to put on guest doors to explain the issue and let guest know you are aware and working hard to get this fixed instead of acting confused and shocked when you have so many guest in your lobby upset as your lack of care for the situation at hand!

This is now on my top 5 places to stay near Disney. It was my first time staying there. It was a family trip with 4 adults and 4 kids ranging in ages from 2-17 and we all slept comfortably. Everything was clean. There were a couple things here and there I would have liked to have seen but nothing that was a big deal just preference. Breakfast was a simple, basic breakfast which is fine and was convenient for a big family when sometimes agreeing on where to eat can be difficult. Parking was a little inconvenient since we had to park on the opposite end of the property and our room was towards the front. AC was working great. Staff was friendly and the little store they have on site came in handy. Overall it was very enjoyable and will stay again in the future.
