Divar Island All inclusive Vacations

So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. At night, definitely quieter than panjim and north Goa - previously stayed at other prestige hotels in Fort Aguada. Small eating area partitioned off the main foyer but pleasant. Food - only vegetarian option but well prepared and tasty. Michelle and all her staff welcomed you as though you were family. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place to our family when they also visit.

My fiancé and I booked a night at The Beach House. It was an amazing stay. Everything is so well looked after and well organised. Clean bathrooms and toilets, comfortable bed (which was much needed)—was a relaxing stay! Everything was taken care of. There was a bit of confusion at the reception with our IDs but that was handled well. We arranged for a couple massage and that was brought right up to us. We really appreciated the service 10/10. The staff was so helpful and so willing to arrange a romantic candle light dinner for us but unfortunately—even though we would’ve LOVED that, I had promised a friend we would have a celebratory dinner at a place close to The Beach House. However, the service we received was absolutely outstanding!! ⭐️I would definitely recommend.

The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website The rooms were not clean or maintained The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store) Hot water was not working in the room The exhaust fan was not working as well

The hotel has excellent sea views. There are plenty of staff, all very polite and helpful. The infinity pools were fantastic. The only issue we had was that we felt the air conditioning was too cold in the lobby, restaurants and bedroom. An adjustment was made to our room AC, but unfortunately it could not be completely turned off, so always felt cooler. Due to the large floor to ceiling windows, you cannot open the windows to allow heat in.

An absolutely faultless stay! Service was impeccable, our room was beautiful (with an incredibly comfortable bed) and we had the most delicious food. Would absolutely recommend for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle.
