Tastefully decorated to match the lush setting, our spacious and open house has everything you need to have fun with the whole group. Relax in the spa under the stars, play pool with friends, hike in the beautiful National Park, watch TVs in the BR, or visit the shops and restaurants in downtown Joshua Tree. And don’t forget to bring your camera—the sunsets are breathtaking!! The Space: Our bright and airy space mirrors the beauty of the surrounding desert. This 4-bedroom, 3 bath house works well for friends, couples, and families who want to experience all that Joshua Tree has to offer. We can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. \*\* Pool Heating \*\* Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! The cost of heating is mentioned below depending on the months of the year. We need at least 48-hour notice for pool heating. Pool heating needs to start 24 hours prior to your arrival and will be heated between 80-85 degrees. The fees are applied for all nights of your stay. Jan, Feb - $200/night March thru Jun - $150/night July, Aug - $80/night Sept, Oct - $150/night Nov, Dec - $180/night \*\* Please also note that the pool and spa rely on one heating source and can only be heated one at a time. The heating is run on propane, so in the event that the propane runs out, a prorated amount of your pool heating fee will be returned. In addition, we will be remotely controlling pool and spa heating. If you want any of these options reach out to us. While downtown Joshua Tree offers fun local restaurants, sometimes nothing beats a relaxing meal at home. Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community, a short drive from the Park. Please be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community and as such guests are required to avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups. Getting Around: Uber and Lyft are available. Other Things to Note: \*\*\*Due to the current pandemic, we have enhanced our existing cleaning protocols. In addition to our comprehensive cleanings between every stay, all surfaces inside the house, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, devices, handrails, and appliances, are cleaned with a CDC-approved disinfectant. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.\*\*\* Please keep in mind the check-in and check-out times. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, feel free to reach out and confirm your request 48 hours before the date requested. That way, we can ensure that the cleaners have the time between guests to make the space spotless. There will be a $75 charge for each check-in/out adjustment. Please note that the pool and spa cannot be used during quiet hours starting at 10pm. We also service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave. As mandated by the City, we have installed noise detection equipment in both the backyard and the living room. These devices specifically only captures and records decibel levels. Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes. No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00\. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you. Please clean up after yourself. The house was perfect. Loved the layout and having the double beds in one room was great for my daughters. The backyard was so spacious and fully fenced in which was perfect for our dog. There was a pool table and a lot of seating and shade. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The garage was giant and able to easily fit our cars. The location was great, being close to stores and restaurants. We were attending a wedding in Pioneer Town and it took about 15-20 to get there. We did need to message the host for heating the hot tub but they were always immediately responsive and being familiar with the area and rentals I understand the why. It was perfectly located for all of our day excursions in the area. Was easy access to Joshua Tree and Pioneer town. We loved coming back to the house in the afternoon/evening and enjoying the pool, hot tub And other outdoor activities. There’s ample space and privacy. The hosts checked in with us to see if there was anything we needed. And always responded quickly with any questions we had. The outdoor space was fantastic with a lovely pool and hot tub, gas grill, fire pit, pool table, and various sitting areas. The bedrooms are a nice size with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. The kitchen had everything we needed. The home is very close to grocery stores and a 20 minute drive from the West Entrance to Joshua Tree. Quin was super responsive and very committed to making it a great stay! Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The backyard is lovely - lots of fun spaces to hang out. The pool and the spa were very clean and the hosts were able to heat the pool for us which was great. Hosts were very attentive and checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again or at one of the other properties managed by this team. My family of four (including two kids ages 10 & 12), my sister’s family of four (including two kids ages 7 & 9), and my mother all stayed here together. The two rooms with king beds were perfect for the couples, the room with a queen bed was perfect for my mother, and all four kids stayed in the room with two double beds.The pool table, hot tub, fire table, and heat lamps were all very appreciated by our group when we were outdoors in the lovely backyard of the property. The kitchen was large with many amenities that we enjoyed for making meals, including the Keurig & all needed pots, pans, and plenty of plates, mugs, bowls, basic spices/oil, etc. The dining table is large for a big group and we all fit comfortably for meals and games. There is a big open corner in the living room that would be perfect for a game/puzzle table to go (we love bringing a puzzle on family trips and ended up using the end of the dining table, but would have been great to have a separate table for it so it didn’t impose upon mealtimes). It was lovely to return here after hiking around Joshua Tree national park. I would definitely choose to stay here again with a group of people coming to Joshua Tree for a few nights. Communication from the host was clear, timely, and they were very responsive and professional. ##### Emily T. Cool! That was about it for us. We're all working professionals with 2 kids- and additionally- I get that this is a business. Everything seems to be an upsell- in an off putting kind of way. Don't expect anything more than what's written- period. I've never had to check in later and pushed to check out earlier. 4pm and before 10am. Felt like this place should instead charge by the hour. The property manager seemed to check in- but felt like a backhanded way to remind us of the rules and policies. Anyway- to the main bummer. 10pm outdoor curfew folks. We had planned to sit outside and watch a meteor shower and then were reminded by the property manager- via a motion sensing outdoor camera that we are to be inside at 10pm. Sorry- for the money- this should be explicitly stated in the listing. We won't be back. ##### Tyler S. The house is beautiful and the pool and hot tub were amazing. The location is perfect! We came to town to visit friends and see a couple shows at Pappy & Harriet’s. This house was perfect for all this. The only thing is we weren’t able to sit in the hot tub at night and enjoy the cooler part of the day due to quiet time outside being 10pm. The host was very responsive which was great. Loved the heated pool, hot tub, big rooms etc. Great location to beautiful hikes. The only thing I wish was different was being able to get a later checkout. Checkout was at 10am with check-in at 4pm.
