My dgtr and I stayed for 3 nights while on a college tour of UNC Wilmington. Location was 10 mins to beach and 6 mins to UNC Wilmington. Was very clean inside and well stocked with condiments, foil/seran wrap, ziplock baggies etc. Walls and baseboards were a little rough. Owner was very responsive to an issue with the locks, resolved in 15-30 mins from initial email. Overall, a good place to stay at a reasonable price.
