"When we arrived, Chris met us at the door. Shortly after we met Matt. I cannot say enough about these two guys. Outstanding personalities. They made us feel like we owned the cottage. We were right at home including the back oasis with the saltwater pool and the Lanai. Water was pretty chilly, but it did not stop me from getting in. "We go to Fort Fisher so we did not need to be in walking distance so this was perfect. The room was very clean. The landlord very responsive although we never saw them (that was fine with us, we didn't need anything). The room was small but more than adequate. We had a great weekend!"

"This house is very chic, modern and so nicely decorated. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our girls weekend. Each room is nicely decorated with a cute beachy vibe. The beds are so comfortable. We were in close proximity to everything in Surf City. You can tell the owners of this home take pride in their condo unit. We would definitely recommend and come back here."

"We were in CB to have a celebration of life memorial at the Island North Gazebo, rose ceremony @ the pier and reception @ high tide. The house was the perfect amount of space. Being in walking distance could not have been better with going back and forth to get things set up. The only issue we had was navigating the stairs being 50+ and getting everything out by 10AM Cleaning lady was waiting to get in and it just took awhile for us to pack up the fridge etc. I highly recommend a late check-out...

"The property was exactly as described with amazing views of the waterfront and the USS Battleship. The location was perfect with many stores and restaurants within walking distance. This was my first time using Vrbo and I love it. My travel dates were April 30th-May 3rd not April 29th -May 2nd. My stay was everything I expected it to be, with a few nice surprises too."
